Spearhead consolidation and migration efforts for WellCare’s (Comprehensive Health Management) Enterprise Data Centers and manage operation initiatives of all Data Center facilities and day to day. Management of 10 direct reports and over 50 cross-functional resources and maintain program budgets in excess of $25 million. Closely monitor vendor deliverable and SOW engagement and Telco contracts that support “run the operation” and develop RFP requirements.
